A delegation of Permanent Representatives from the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Canada, France, the Netherlands, and the United States to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) visited Astana.
During talks held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the sides discussed cooperation within the OSCE framework as well as opportunities for strengthening future collaboration.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Arman Issetov stated that cooperation between Kazakhstan and the OSCE is based on mutual trust, respect, and a common commitment to security, sustainable development, and human rights.
He also underlined Kazakhstan’s readiness to further expand constructive and mutually beneficial interaction with OSCE participating states across all three dimensions of the Organization.
The ambassadors, in turn, emphasized Kazakhstan’s important role within the OSCE and praised the strong level of cooperation among member states.
The meeting concluded with both sides reaffirming their intention to continue developing practical and mutually beneficial cooperation.
