Change management and investigation of incidents, failures, and emergency stops.” Ninety-seven employees from among the managers and specialists of the production unit of the QazaqGaz group of companies took part in the training.

The training covered all stages of the plant life cycle. The issue of change management is critical from the point of view of correctly assessing the risks associated with the proposed change and choosing the right solution that will ensure the continuity of the production process. When investigating incidents, failures, and emergency shutdowns, it is essential to correctly identify the immediate causes and develop measures to prevent such incidents from happening again.
At the end of the training, the head of the HSE service of QazaqGaz NC JSC, Altay Dzhakubaliev, expressed confidence that taking measures to improve the Integrity, reliability of equipment and installations, change management and incident investigations will reduce the risk of emergency shutdowns of equipment and increase the safety of operation of water facilities.
