CEO of Samruk-Kazyna Nurlan Zhakupov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy to Kazakhstan Marco Alberti. Italy is one of the three largest trading partners of Kazakhstan. The Fund Group successfully cooperates with Italian companies. One of the strategic partners in oil and gas projects is Eni; the technologies of the Italian Ballestra are used in the Kazatomprom and Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu projects.The current issues and prospects for cooperation were discussed at the meeting. Mr. Zhakupov noted the significant potential for expanding cooperation in a number of industries. The parties agreed to continue active cooperation in all mutually beneficial areas.
