He visited the automobile engineering and agricultural machinery plant "SemAZ" LLP during the working trip to the region in Semey. The annual production capacity of the enterprise is 1,200 buses, 10,000 trucks and 3,500 tractors. Currently, about 400 people work at the plant, and it is planned to increase a number jobs in the future.
Then B.Kudaibergenov visited secondary school No. 11, which was commissioned in 1964. The last reconstruction was carried out in 2011. The educational institution is in a state of disrepair, the construction of a new building is required.
The next facilities of the visit were two boiler houses of ME "Teplokommunenergo". The need to increase the capacity of heat sources in the right-bank part of Semey has been repeatedly discussed. However, the projects were never implemented due to the fault of the contractor.
In order to solve the problem of heat shortage, it is planned to install another boiler with an additional capacity of 20 Gcal/hour at boiler house "35 kvartal", and boiler with capacity of 14 Gcal/hour at boiler house "Zoovetinstitut". About 8 billion tenge is needed for their implementation.
The Vice Minister held a meeting with local residents in Beskaragay village. In particular, issues related to the repair of social facilities and the construction of roads were raised. B.Kudaibergenov noted that all questions and suggestions voiced by citizens will be considered without fail.
The Vice Minister also assessed the quality of the projects implemented within the framework of project "Auyl - Yel Besigi". In particular, he visited a kindergarten in the village of Beskaragai, Beskaragai district. Project cost is KZT 96 mln. The facility has been put into operation.
In general, this year, KZT 8.5 billion was allocated for the implementation of 76 projects in 42 villages of the region within project "Auyl - Yel Besigi". Next year, it is planned to implement 101 projects worth KZT 7.8 billion.
